Description:
DBD Holding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who are looking to strengthen their careers while contributing to the financial operations of a well-established organization.
The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support reporting processes, and help ensure compliance with internal financial procedures. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Prepare and process financial transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting-related matters.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of previous experience in accounting or a related finance role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and financial recordkeeping
• Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Attention to detail and organizational best practices
