Description:
A&H CONSULTANTS LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about accounting, financial accuracy, and supporting day-to-day business operations within a professional consulting environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in routine accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the preparation of reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently with accounting software in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing financial statements and basic accounting reports
• Handle bookkeeping tasks including journal entries and reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure proper use and management of accounting software systems
• Assist in monthly closing activities and documentation support
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related queries and reporting
Requirements:
• Semi-qualified CA, ACCA, M.Com, or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or Odoo
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong knowledge of:
• Bookkeeping and journal entry management
• Account reconciliation and financial reporting
• Accounting software operations (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, Odoo)
• Basic financial analysis and documentation practices
