Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our in-house finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with UAE accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities
• Support preparation of financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting practices and company policies
• Assist with audits, documentation, and management reports
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance
• Minimum 1 year of experience with a UAE-based accounting firm
• Fluent in English
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software, including but not limited to, SAP, Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks
• Good understanding of UAE financial regulations and reporting standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits

• AED 3000 - 3,500 per month, based on skills
• Additional incentives as per UAE Law.
