Capital Ambulance is seeking qualified Arabic-speaking Clinical Psychologists to join its team in Al Ain. The role involves conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adolescents and adults within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
The ideal candidates should have strong clinical assessment skills, experience in psychological interventions, and the ability to provide professional support in school-based therapy settings. Both male and female professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological assessments for adolescents and adults.
• Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and therapy sessions.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assessment records.
• Provide psychological support within school-based therapy environments.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH License or Eligibility Letter.
• Activated DHA/MOH License as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience.
• Strong skills in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency is required, and Arabic language skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in school-based therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Psychological assessment techniques
• Evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Clinical documentation and patient support
