Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s in Education or subject specialization; Master’s preferred for leadership roles).
Possess valid registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or equivalent.
Have prior teaching experience in CBE curriculum, IGCSE, or junior secondary frameworks depending on the role.
Demonstrate strong communication, instructional, and classroom management skills.
Be familiar with holistic education approaches integrating academics, sports, music, drama, and arts.

Role‑specific expectations:
Head of School: Provide strategic leadership, curriculum oversight, and faculty management.
Kindergarten Teachers: Deliver foundational learning in PP1 & PP2 with emphasis on literacy, numeracy, and creativity.
Primary Teachers (CBE): Implement competency‑based curriculum and foster learner‑centered approaches.
Junior Secondary Teachers: Teach Grades 7‑9 with subject specialization and holistic development.
French & ICT Teachers: Deliver language instruction and digital literacy/computer studies.
Creative Arts, Sports & PE Teachers: Promote artistic expression, physical fitness, and extracurricular engagement.
