Blacksmith Agency is looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to join its marketing division and support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries. This remote role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional who can combine analytical expertise, client communication, and hands-on campaign management.
The successful candidate will lead digital marketing strategies, oversee SEO and paid media performance, build growth roadmaps, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SEO and PPC strategies for clients across multiple industries.
• Participate in sales calls to provide technical recommendations and support business growth.
• Develop 90-day, 6-month, and annual marketing growth roadmaps.
• Manage client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and organic search channels.
• Audit PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding structures, landing pages, and conversion optimization opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building, programmatic pages, and AI-driven content initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly guidance, quality assurance, and coordination with marketing project teams.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients.
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in PPC, SEO, or full-funnel digital marketing strategy.
• Strong experience managing both paid and organic marketing channels.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and paid media optimization.
• Ability to create and communicate strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience managing execution teams and maintaining quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve performance issues quickly.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SEO strategy, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• PPC campaign management, paid media optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Google Analytics, Search Console, CRO, and digital performance reporting.
Preferred Skills:
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Experience supporting sales calls and contributing to client acquisition.
• Knowledge of multifamily, real estate, or high-intent lead generation industries.
• Experience with AI SEO, programmatic SEO, technical SEO audits, and CRO.
