Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications (PhD for Professors and Senior Lecturers; Master’s for Lecturers; Bachelor’s or Diploma for administrative and technical roles).

Be registered with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Nursing Council of Kenya, Veterinary Board, ICPAK for accountants).

Have prior experience in teaching, research, administration, or clinical practice.

Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Role‑specific expectations:

Professors & Senior Lecturers: Lead teaching, research, and supervision in specialized fields.

Lecturers: Deliver instruction, conduct research, and support student learning.

Deputy Chief Counselor: Provide student counseling and welfare support.
-
Senior Medical Officer: Oversee health services and clinical care.
-
Executive Secretary: Manage executive office operations and correspondence.

Internal Auditor I: Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and strengthen governance.

Accountant II: Handle financial records, reporting, and budget management.
