Role‑specific expectations:
Professors & Senior Lecturers: Lead teaching, research, and supervision in specialized fields.
Lecturers: Deliver instruction, conduct research, and support student learning.
Deputy Chief Counselor: Provide student counseling and welfare support.
Senior Medical Officer: Oversee health services and clinical care.
Executive Secretary: Manage executive office operations and correspondence.
Internal Auditor I: Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and strengthen governance.
Accountant II: Handle financial records, reporting, and budget management.
