Role‑specific expectations:
Advocacy & Fundraising Head: Lead partnerships, fundraising strategies, and policy advocacy.
Education & Rehabilitation Head/Officer: Oversee training, rehabilitation programs, and inclusive education.
HR Officer: Manage recruitment, staff welfare, and compliance.
Pharmacist: Provide pharmaceutical services and support healthcare programs.
Personal Guide & Chauffeur: Assist the Executive Director with mobility, accessibility, and official duties.
