Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or professional certification depending on the role).
Have prior experience in finance, corporate relations, technical services, HR, audit, supply chain, or legal practice.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Be familiar with public utility frameworks, water and sanitation regulations, and compliance standards.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Bwasco’s mission of delivering potable water and wastewater services under the Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency (LVNWWDA).
Role‑specific expectations:
Finance & Accounting: Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
Commercial & Corporate Relations: Manage stakeholder engagement, customer relations, and corporate affairs.
Technical Services: Lead engineering, infrastructure, and service delivery projects.
HR & Administration: Handle recruitment, staff welfare, and organizational governance.
Internal Audit: Ensure accountability, risk management, and compliance.
Supply Chain: Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation.
Legal Officer: Provide legal advisory, compliance oversight, and contract management.
