Role‑specific expectations:
Assistant Editors: Manage editorial content, oversee language service teams, and ensure accuracy and impartiality.
News Editor – Horn of Africa Languages: Coordinate coverage across multiple language services, set editorial priorities, and maintain BBC standards.
