Role‑specific expectations:

Medical & Pharmaceutical roles: Deliver healthcare services and manage pharmaceutical operations.

Technicians: Provide technical support in labs and workshops.

Lecturers / Senior Lecturers: Teach, supervise, and mentor students in specialized disciplines, contribute to curriculum development, and advance research.
