Home Bakery is expanding its team and is looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join its growing operations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The company is hiring for multiple front-of-house positions and is seeking candidates with UAE hospitality experience who can join immediately. Applicants should be flexible to work across different locations and committed to maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.

• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages professionally.

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (Barista role).

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and support team performance (Supervisor role).

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all service areas.

• Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in casual dining, stand-up cafés, or chocolate and dates retail concepts.

• Experience in chocolate and dates retail concepts is highly preferred.

• Immediate availability to join.

• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and customer service.

• Flexibility to work in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai when required.

• Specialty coffee experience is required for Barista positions.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Customer service and front-of-house operations.

• Food safety, hygiene standards, and hospitality best practices.

• Specialty coffee preparation and beverage service (for Baristas).
