Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD depending on the role).
Have prior experience in university teaching, clinical instruction, laboratory support, or public health practice.
Demonstrate strong communication, instructional, and analytical skills.
Be familiar with competency‑based training, curriculum delivery, and student assessment.

Tutorial Fellow roles require teaching support, research engagement, and student mentorship.
Clinical Skills Trainer roles require hands‑on clinical instruction and simulation‑based teaching.
Nursing Lecturer roles require clinical expertise in medical‑surgical nursing and professional registration.
Laboratory Technician roles require lab preparation, equipment handling, and safety compliance.
