Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, HR, Law, Public Administration, Economics, Enforcement, or related fields (depending on role).
• Possess substantial professional experience in public service leadership, financial management, HR administration, legal services, enforcement, or strategic planning.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
• Have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
• Be knowledgeable in public sector regulations, county government procedures, and policy frameworks.
• Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
