Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in communications, public health, law, social sciences, or related fields).
Have prior experience in NGO program management, research, monitoring & evaluation, communications, or advocacy.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Be familiar with human rights frameworks, HIV/AIDS advocacy, and sexual & reproductive health programs.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with KELIN’s mission of protecting and promoting health‑related human rights in Kenya.
Communications roles require media engagement, stakeholder relations, and strategic messaging.
MEL roles require data collection, program evaluation, and impact reporting.
Research roles require study design, analysis, and publication.
Programme officer roles require community outreach, SRHR advocacy, and project implementation.
