The candidate will provide computer, printer, and copier repair and maintenance services for the company and its clients. This is an entry‑level technical role for a hands‑on technician who can troubleshoot and fix hardware, printers, and basic networking issues.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining computers, printers, and copiers, including diagnosing faults, replacing parts, and ensuring devices are in good working order. The role may involve both on‑site and in‑office support.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out computer repairs and maintenance (hardware and basic software troubleshooting).

• Perform printer and copier servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance.

• Diagnose faults and advise on cost‑effective repair or replacement options.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot basic computer networks and devices.

• Keep records of repairs, spare parts used, and equipment status.

• Offer basic user support and guidance on device usage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Computer / Electronic Repairs or related field.

• At least Grade C in KCSE.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:

  • Computer repairs

  • Basic computer networking

  • Printer and copier repairs (distinct advantage)

• A+ / N+ or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

• Age: 27 years and below.
