TUMBI Hotel Dubai The Palm, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Supervisor to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering reliable IT support and solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting various departments with their technical needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on experience with hotel systems and network management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including networks and systems
- Provide daily technical support to all hotel departments
- Monitor system security, perform regular backups, and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar IT role, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera and Micros
- Solid understanding of networking, servers, and IT security practices
- Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
