Bato Clinic is looking for a skilled and dependable IT Support / IT Executive to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for an IT professional who can independently manage daily technical support tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic’s IT systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting the clinic’s day-to-day technology requirements. Applicants should have solid IT knowledge and be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day IT support for computer systems and users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and office technology.
• Respond to technical support requests promptly and effectively.
• Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain system security and support data backup procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors when advanced technical support is required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of computers, networking, email systems, software, and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily IT support responsibilities.
• Smart, responsible, and organized with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Computer hardware and software support.
• Networking and email systems.
• IT troubleshooting and system maintenance.
