Al-Nahda Educational Institution is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join its Information Technology department in Riyadh. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with network operations. This position also involves managing user accounts, maintaining IT documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational information security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily technical support and Help Desk assistance to staff and end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and directory services according to company policies.
• Monitor network infrastructure and assist with connectivity troubleshooting and system updates.
• Document technical incidents, solutions, and maintain IT asset inventories.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and coordinate with third-party technology vendors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, hardware installation, and user account management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, connectivity troubleshooting, and IT security.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.
