Description:
GS IT Infrastructure is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join its team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Dubai IT distribution and system integration market, along with strong knowledge of IT products, accessories, and procurement processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT solutions, managing vendor relationships, negotiating quotations, and ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely deliveries. This role is suitable for professionals who have strong negotiation abilities and experience working within the IT procurement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate quotations for IT, AV, ELV, and ICT products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Identify cost-effective procurement solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand product requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably within the Dubai system integration market.
• Strong understanding of IT products, accessories, and technology solutions.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of:
• IT distribution and system integration processes.
• IT, AV, ELV, and ICT products.
• Supplier negotiation and procurement management.
