Brain Freeze UAE is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong purchasing and supplier management skills with the ability to handle the complete procurement process efficiently.
The successful candidate will manage supplier coordination, purchase orders, quotations, delivery follow-ups, and purchasing documentation while ensuring materials are sourced at competitive prices and meet required quality standards. Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete purchasing process from receiving purchase requests to placing orders.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and products based on quality, price, and availability.
• Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) with accurate documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, project, and site teams regarding purchasing requirements.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure purchased materials meet required quality and specifications.
• Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, damaged items, or incorrect deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support management with purchasing reports and cost analysis when required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong purchasing and supplier coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple purchasing activities efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Procurement processes and Purchase Orders.
• Supplier management and quotation comparison.
• Purchasing documentation and cost analysis.
