Job Title: IT Administrator
RDHS is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide direct technical support, oversee network stability, and ensure system availability and data security.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware (servers, laptops, printers), network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and operating systems.
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and resolving technical bottlenecks.
- User & Access Management: Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email accounts, and user access controls.
- Network & Cybersecurity: Configure and monitor VPNs, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN networks. Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and firewalls.
- Data Protection: Perform routine data backups, monitor disaster recovery procedures, and ensure business continuity.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and software licensing compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT or Systems Administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server management, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP networks, and virtualization.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and fluent English communication.
