Description:

A reputable organization in Dubai is currently seeking a proactive and well-organized IT Admin / Office Secretary to provide administrative and coordination support to the IT & Digital team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling multiple administrative responsibilities in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage meeting schedules, coordinate appointments, and maintain executive calendars efficiently.
• Handle vendor-related documentation, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
• Support basic finance coordination tasks in collaboration with internal departments.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
• Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within the IT and Digital department.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely record management.

Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience in a similar role such as IT Administrator, PMO Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Office Secretary is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and maintain structured records efficiently.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail.
