Job Title: Business Office Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our office. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in business processes, office management, and team coordination. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor in Business Office Management (BBOM) and will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining compliance, and supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all office administrative procedures, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Supervise support staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of daily operations.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting and expense tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and data protection standards.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Support human resources tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, and personnel record maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Office Management (BBOM) or a directly related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting software and HR systems is a plus.
- Competencies: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail; ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Other: Demonstrated leadership capability and a customer service mindset.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position with standard office hours. Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines. The role involves sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and interacting with staff and clients in a professional environment.
