Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment processes, and maintain employee records. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of HR principles and a passion for supporting people and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related matters.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role is preferred but not required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-service oriented with a collaborative mindset.
