Areas of Accountability

Sales Sourcing & Pipeline Cultivation

  • Drive the consistent achievement of assigned daily prospecting quotas, weekly conversion metrics, and monthly premium revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate high-potential client streams through corporate presentations, group networking, cold outreach, and targeted community campaigns.
  • Deliver impactful, clear sales presentations that articulate policy benefits, payout timelines, and premium structures to diverse audiences.
  • Research open market trends and local micro-insurance demands to build effective objection-handling models that close new business smoothly.

Consultative Advisory & Account Protection

  • Manage dedicated client relationships, offering professional, empathetic, and highly confidential counsel on asset protection and funeral expense solutions.
  • Evaluate distinct client demographic risk factors and family structures to match them with the most suitable coverage tiers.
  • Provide continuous support to active account holders, ensuring high satisfaction scores to secure steady annual policy renewals.
  • Address all policyholder inquiries, premium payment updates, and structural coverage changes within established company service timelines.

Client Onboarding & System Administration

  • Oversee the error-free completion of all client applications, medical questionnaires, and statutory identity documentation during the onboarding loop.
  • Coordinate closely with corporate underwriting teams to accelerate file evaluations, ensure premium allocations, and facilitate quick policy issuance.
  • Maintain a thorough, up-to-date CRM record tracking active pipeline numbers, closed deals, client follow-up dates, and contact profiles.
  • Compile and present detailed weekly sales performance summaries and geographic lead tracking spreadsheets for branch manager evaluations.

Brand Positioning & Marketing Initiatives

  • Represent the firm professionally at local corporate wellness days, community trade showcases, and dedicated financial literacy forums.
  • Participate actively in targeted marketing drives, micro-campaigns, and promotional product activations designed to maximize brand equity.
  • Monitor competitor pricing models, product feature adjustments, and promotional strategies to feed actionable market intelligence back to executive leadership.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a matching corporate discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Industry Longevity: Mandatorily proven experience operating successfully within a structured commercial insurance sales role or a target-driven financial services sales track.
