Clipboard is seeking a creative and engaging In-House Content Creator to build and lead content production for its new YouTube channel, Million Dollar Nurse. The platform aims to provide valuable career guidance, educational resources, and growth opportunities for nurses and healthcare professionals across the United States.
This role is ideal for a confident storyteller who enjoys being on camera, developing content strategies, and transforming complex topics into engaging videos. The selected candidate will manage the complete content production process, collaborate with creative team members, and help grow a trusted online community for healthcare workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Host short-form and long-form video content for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Produce 7 short-form videos and 1 long-form video every week.
• Develop content strategies, identify trending topics, and create engaging video concepts.
• Research and write scripts that simplify complex topics for nursing professionals.
• Manage the complete production process from idea development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with editors, thumbnail designers, and other creative team members.
• Analyze content performance metrics and improve strategies based on audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Social to review results and optimize future content.

• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to communicate confidently and authentically.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to research, understand, and simplify complex information into engaging content.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and oversee content production workflows.
