Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including telemedicine, data analytics, and emerging health technologies.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Lead innovation initiatives including adoption of cloud-based systems, AI-supported diagnostics, and automation of clinical and administrative workflows.
- Support research and academic programs through robust health information systems and data management platforms.
- Champion organizational change management and foster a culture of digital innovation across departments.
- Develop and implement ICT governance frameworks, policies, and risk management strategies aligned with global best practices.
- Develop ICT capacity-building programs and mentorship initiatives to strengthen institutional technical expertise
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field
- At least 3 years work experience in a health care set up
- Technical skills in networking, server administration and database management
