Description:
BNW Developments is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to join its Dubai-based team in a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about building effective people practices, strengthening employee engagement, and contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and provide comprehensive support across the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and workforce communication
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal organizational policies
- Support HR operations related to documentation, reporting, and policy enforcement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employee engagement and a healthy work environment
- Apply HR best practices to support business objectives and organizational growth
- Utilize HR software and HRMS tools to manage HR processes efficiently
- Proven experience in HR management and HR operations
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices
- Experience handling employee relations and compliance-related matters
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and digital HR tools is highly desirable
