Description:
BNW Developments is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to join its Dubai-based team in a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about building effective people practices, strengthening employee engagement, and contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations and provide comprehensive support across the organization
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and workforce communication
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal organizational policies
  • Support HR operations related to documentation, reporting, and policy enforcement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employee engagement and a healthy work environment
  • Apply HR best practices to support business objectives and organizational growth
  • Utilize HR software and HRMS tools to manage HR processes efficiently
  • Proven experience in HR management and HR operations
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Experience handling employee relations and compliance-related matters
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and digital HR tools is highly desirable
