• A genuine passion for coffee and customer service

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a café or food-service environment is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional espresso-based and pour-over beverages according to our recipes and standards
• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining freshness of products
• Educate guests about our coffee origins, brewing methods, and retail offerings
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
