Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR systems while monitoring probation periods and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, punctuality, and enforcement of disciplinary procedures across office and field teams.
  • Support performance management by coordinating appraisals, tracking KPIs, and addressing underperformance.
  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, commissions, and staff allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws, OSHA, and WIBA, including maintaining safety and incident records.
  • Manage employee exit processes, ensuring proper clearance and recovery of company assets.
  • Provide general administrative support, including office coordination, shift planning, and staff welfare management.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Registered member of IHRM Kenya; CHRP(K) certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in a technical or service-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan Employment Act and labour regulations.
