Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team for large-scale infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about health, safety, and environmental compliance within the construction and engineering sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all safety regulations are strictly followed on-site, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, policies, and industry safety standards
• Prepare and manage HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Deliver safety training sessions and promote a strong safety culture on-site
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved safety procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Diploma holders are not eligible)
• 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHAD
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and HSE best practices
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges
• RTA or DMT approval will be considered a strong advantage
