Description:
Deen Properties, a growing organization in the real estate sector, is currently looking to hire a skilled HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company in attracting and onboarding high-quality talent. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s workforce and recruitment strategy.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, referrals, and direct headhunting
• Review and screen incoming CVs, shortlist qualified applicants, and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews while working closely with hiring managers for final selection decisions
• Prepare job offers, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination for new employees
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company hiring standards
• Support HR operations and contribute to improving overall talent acquisition processes
• Full-time, on-site position with a morning shift schedule
