Description:

Aspire Management Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to join its Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll processing along with hands-on experience in SAP HR/Payroll systems.

This role requires a professional who can ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal HR procedures. The candidate will also support HR operations and employee data management activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing monthly payroll accurately within defined timelines

• Managing payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, incentives, deductions, and final settlements

• Maintaining employee records and payroll documentation in SAP HR/Payroll system

• Coordinating with HR and Finance teams for salary processing and reconciliation activities

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor regulations

• Preparing payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary statements as required

• Handling employee queries related to salaries, payslips, leave balances, and benefits

• Supporting onboarding processes and maintaining employee database records

• Assisting in general HR operations and administrative tasks

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• 4–5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations

• Mandatory working knowledge of SAP HR / SAP Payroll module

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong communication and coordination skills
