Oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle, from sophisticated recruitment and selection to structured onboarding.

Identify critical skills gaps and implement targeted training and development programs to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Develop succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
Operational Excellence & Compliance

Ensure 100% adherence to the Employment Act, labor regulations, and internal organizational policies.

Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and the maintenance of impeccable HR records.

Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures with total confidentiality.

Lead employee welfare programs and ensure compensation structures remain internally equitable and externally competitive.
Data-Driven Reporting & Group Oversight

Coordinate HR analytics and reporting across the group structure to provide management with insights into turnover, engagement, and labor costs.

Act as the central point for HR policy enforcement, ensuring consistency across all locations and departments.

Requirements & Competencies
Professional Qualifications

Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a significant portion spent in government, large-scale corporate, or group company environments.

Legal Knowledge: Mastery of Kenyan labor laws and contemporary HR best practices.
