Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including internal contracts, employee lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee contracts, renewals, and internal documentation
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and healthcare regulations
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and staffing requirements
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate payroll activities and manage leave administration
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (if any) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in managing employee contracts and documentation
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
