Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands?on HR experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. This role requires someone who can manage day?to?day HR operations while supporting broader HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end?to?end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and evaluations
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Coordinate training, development programs, and employee engagement activities
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and provide HR support across departments

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE or GCC region
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; strong English communication skills required
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem?solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Organized, detail?oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
