Description:
ACT Hotel & 72 Hotel in Sharjah are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to become part of their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and management through effective HR practices.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment activities, handling employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience within the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and standard HR practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
