Description:
Teddy Bear Nurseries, part of Liwa Education, is seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Coordinator to support its expanding operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who are organized, proactive, and passionate about contributing to a positive workplace, especially within the early childhood education sector.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing essential HR functions, ensuring smooth coordination across recruitment, employee management, and administrative processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a nurturing and people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and employee orientation programs
• Maintain and update accurate HR records and employee documentation
• Support visa processing, renewals, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
• Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and internal training programs
• Assist in payroll preparation and generate HR-related reports
• Contribute to employee relations and support HR initiatives across multiple branches

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in education or nursery settings
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and ADEK requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
