Description:
Pepco Group is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team at the head office in Sharjah. This role is ideal for individuals who have a foundational background in HR operations and are eager to support various human resource functions in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR Manager with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and overall coordination
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation accurately
• Support daily HR operations and administrative functions
• Coordinate with different departments and employees to ensure smooth HR processes
• Handle employee-related coordination including visa renewals, passport renewals, and vehicle license renewals
• Manage and track Group Life Insurance and Workmen Compensation Insurance, including additions and deletions
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of HR experience within the UAE
• Good understanding of HR processes, documentation, and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
