Loom Collection is currently hiring a motivated and dependable HR Assistant to join its growing team in DIP 1, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop HR skills, and grow within a supportive and professional work environment.

• Provide day-to-day support for HR administrative and coordination tasks
• Assist with employee records, documentation, and basic HR operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities
• Maintain accurate and organized HR files and personnel records
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requests
• Assist with internal communication and HR reporting as required
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi with staff and management
• Support general office and HR operations as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Basic HR experience or HR exposure is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
