Description:

An organization in the UAE is urgently looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Administration Assistant to support daily human resources operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

The selected candidate will play a key role in handling HR documentation, assisting with recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates and supporting onboarding activities

• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation accurately

• Support payroll processes by preparing necessary inputs, tracking attendance, and managing leave records

• Coordinate with PRO, accounts team, and other internal departments for smooth operations

• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and office coordination

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR or Administration role

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation processes

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently

• Must be currently based in the UAE
