Description:

Anglo Eastern Industries FZE is currently looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Officer to efficiently manage human resources operations and administrative functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities along with supporting daily office administration and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Handle visa processing, labor contracts, and immigration-related procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies.
• Support general office administration and facility management tasks.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with employee relations matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR and administrative experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and PRO activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates currently on cancelled visa or visit visa.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
