We’re hiring for a leading Chemical & Fertilizer Manufacturing company.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle end-to-end HR operations, manage people seamlessly, and ensure compliance while driving smooth organizational functioning.
The Core Role:
Lead HR operations, employee management, and oversee payroll & compensation processes with accuracy and efficiency.
The Expertise:
7–10 years of experience in HR & Admin
Strong experience in recruitment (Blue & White Collar)
Hands-on with payroll, compensation & UAE Labour Law compliance
Background in the manufacturing industry preferred
