This is a recruitment-focused HR role, where a major portion of your responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent across departments. You will also support day-to-day HR operations based on business needs and management direction.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Support teams
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with business expansion across the GCC
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting

Execution & Support

  • Work closely with management on hiring plans and workforce requirements
  • Execute HR tasks and initiatives as directed by the reporting manager
  • Contribute to building a positive and performance-driven work culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience, with strong focus on recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks
