Key Responsibilities:

• Support smooth communication between clients, agents, and internal departments
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships in the logistics industry
• Ensure timely reporting and accurate documentation of all activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry
