Description:
Burjeel Medical City in Abu Dhabi is currently hiring for multiple positions across its medical and operational departments. The organization is seeking experienced healthcare professionals and operational leaders who can contribute to delivering high-quality patient care and efficient hospital management within a multi-specialty environment.
The available opportunities include senior leadership as well as clinical roles, all requiring strong experience within hospital settings and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities (as applicable per role):
- Oversee hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments (for leadership role)
- Provide high-quality patient care in respective medical specialties
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and hospital protocols
- Contribute to efficient service delivery and patient satisfaction
- Support cross-functional coordination within a multi-specialty hospital environment
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or relevant Clinical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational role within a multi-specialty hospital in the UAE
- Strong exposure to hospital operations and cross-functional coordination
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
