We are hiring across multiple allied health disciplines including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietary care, therapy assistance, and recreational coordination. The ideal candidates will be committed to delivering compassionate care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
This role is based in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, offering professionals the chance to grow within a leading healthcare network while making a meaningful impact on patient rehabilitation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and rehabilitation support based on assigned role
• Develop and implement individualized treatment or care plans
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical standards
• Support patients’ physical, emotional, and functional recovery
Requirements:
• For Allied Health roles: Minimum experience in LTC, ICU, or inpatient settings within the UAE
• Valid DOH / DHA / MOH transferable license is mandatory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Relevant educational qualification in respective field
• Strong knowledge of:
• Rehabilitation care practices
• Patient assessment and therapy planning
• Clinical documentation standards
