Levant Oriental Restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and service-oriented Head Waiter to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi with immediate availability preferred. The restaurant specializes in authentic Levantine cuisine and aims to provide guests with a culturally rich dining experience supported by professional service standards and strong team coordination.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage restaurant floor operations efficiently while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. This role requires a professional who can supervise service staff, maintain service quality, and contribute to a welcoming and organized dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise and guide waitstaff to maintain high service standards
• Welcome guests professionally and ensure a positive dining experience throughout their visit
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of the dining area
• Support team training and promote a collaborative work environment
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Immediate joining availability preferred
• Preference may be given to Lebanese or Syrian candidates to align with the restaurant’s Levantine dining concept and cultural experience
