1️ Head Barista / Shop-In-Charge

• Lead café operations and manage daily workflow.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all coffee beverages.
• Supervise and mentor barista team members.

2️ Senior Barista

• Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Support training of junior team members.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness standards.

3️ Junior Barista

• Assist in beverage preparation and daily café operations.
• Learn and develop coffee-making skills under senior barista guidance.
